Hi, I run a home-based business, specialising in bespoke designed cakes using buttercream frosting. I have been baking for many years, so have tried and tested my recipes, giving my cakes fantastic reviews.
My kitchen has been inspected and approved by the local authority and has a food hygiene rating of 4:Good, plus I am fully insured, so you can order with confidence.
Why do I use Buttercream? Because most people don't like to eat fondant icing (sugarpaste), so end up picking it off the cake. So why pay for expensive icing if you're not going to eat it? Instead I decorate my cakes with either edible decorations, rice papers, sprinkles, or with fresh flowers if so required.
So how does it work?
